Workshops & Groups

Our social groups will move back to Saturdays this fall!

The curriculum is designed for more in-depth social interaction and will include concepts from the Social Thinking program®.

Topics include:

• Understanding others perspectives
• Making good impressions
• Thinking of others and recognizing what others think of them
• Problem Solving
• Managing stress/anxiety
• Starting, maintaining and ending conversations
• Recognizing and using non-verbal cues
• Strategies for organization and motivation

There will be a mandatory parent meeting to explain the program, its objectives and expectations. (Please note: parent meetings are mandatory and you will not bring your child that evening).

Mandatory Parent meeting: Saturday, September 21: Ages 5-6 (9:00-9:45), Ages 7-8 (10:00-10:45), Ages 9-11 (11:00-11:45)
