The Therapy Place

In order to hold a scheduled appointment time, we require a 75% attendance rate over a 30 day period. For example, if you or your child is scheduled one time per week, you may miss one appointment in a 30 day period. If you or your child is scheduled two times per week, you may miss two appointments in a 30 day period.
If you or your child’s attendance does not comply with the above attendance policy in a 30 day period, a letter will be mailed to you reminding you of our policy. If you or your child’s attendance is not in compliance with our policy in two consecutive 30 day periods, discharge from therapy services will be considered.
A “No Show” (for a scheduled appointment) will result in a $35.00 fee payable before the next scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than four hours in advance will result in a $35.00 fee payable before the next scheduled appointment.
The Therapy Place recognizes that there are exceptions (i.e. medical emergencies and vacations) to the policy. Continuation of appointments will be at the discretion of The Therapy Place.
